All the staff members are excellent and very attentive. Its location is excellent & amazing, next to Union Square and the mall, the centre of the CBD close to shopping and the cable car terminus and cable car.
The bathrooms are dirty.

It had absolutely perfect and magnificent location just walking distance from The Warfield Music Venue. It was also close to taxi and Union Square, Chinatown, North Beach and the Warfield theater.

The staff were top-class, we had a very early check in and a late check-out. Good choice of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. It was in the central location close to the Bart station. Besides, it was adjacent to Union Square and the mall, and downtown San Francisco: )

I had a great travel stay at Bijou! The hotel had pretty tight security with two people posted at the front desk all night, which made me feel safe. The old Hollywood decor was cool and the value for the location was wonderful. The accommodations were mostly comfortable and it was a good place to sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

It was an ideal and fairly clean hotel. The staff was knowledgeable and proactive. The location was central, magnificent to the International terminal. Easily reached Sears Fine Food, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

We got a superior king room, it was compact. We had a big bed, a drier and bathrobes. Location: the hotel was close to Union Square and the mall and the Warfield theater and metro line. There was Puccini & Pinetti walking distance from the property.
